Frequently Asked Questions

What is Eternal Fenix?

Eternal Fenix creates cellular fine art. The Fenix Collection — fifteen framed canvas works drawn from real biological structures — is available now. Our hand-painted, one-of-one commission service, made from your own cellular sample, is opening soon.

What exactly do I receive when I buy from the collection?

A museum-grade print of the painted original on heavy 400gsm cotton canvas, mounted on solid stretcher bars and finished in a black float frame. Available in Dark and Light palettes from 18×24 in, with 24×32 and 30×40 in offered on select works.

How does shipping work?

Each piece is produced to order and ships framed, ready to hang, with tracking — typically arriving within one to two weeks in the United States.

How do I care for my canvas?

Hang away from direct sunlight and moisture, and dust gently with a dry, soft cloth. No glass, no special maintenance — the frame arrives ready to hang.

Do commissions need a blood sample?

No. A simple swab is all we need. The collection is quick, painless, and physician-supervised at every stage.

What does the artwork actually capture?

Each piece is inspired by the microscopic architecture of living cells — an artistic interpretation of cellular structure, not a clinical or genetic report.

How does the commission process work?

Four steps: a one-hour consultation, a discreet collection kit you mail back, we render your sample into a visual, then our artist transforms it into a hand-painted, one-of-one work delivered to your home. Commissions open soon.

Is it safe and private?

Yes. The process is physician-supervised, the kit is discreet, and your sample and information are handled with care and confidentiality.

Can I choose the style?

For commissions, absolutely. You choose a theme — such as Nature, Ocean, Universe, or Element — and an abstraction level, from soft and painterly to bold and contemporary. Collection works come in Dark and Light palettes.

Can I create a piece for a loved one or a pet?

Yes. Many pieces are legacy and memorial works honoring someone meaningful, and we also create art for beloved pets.

Is each piece truly unique?

Commissioned works are one-of-one, driven entirely by your own cellular structure and painted by hand. Collection works are produced as museum-grade framed canvases of the painted originals.

How do I get started?
