What exactly is collected?
A simple cheek swab, which provides epithelial cells. Nothing more.
Where is my sample processed?
Your sample is processed by Eternal Fenix.
Is DNA sequencing performed?
No. We never sequence DNA. Your artwork is an artistic interpretation of microscopic cellular imagery — not a clinical or genetic report.
How long is my sample retained?
Your sample is destroyed after the images of the epithelial cells are taken.
Is the sample destroyed afterward?
Yes.
Is my biological imagery retained?
No.
Can I request deletion?
Yes. Contact us at any time and we will honor your request.
Who has access to my sample and imagery?
Dr. Rami Ibrahim and the artists interpreting the images — no one else.
Is any of my information sold or shared?
No. Never.
What does “physician-supervised” mean?
Dr. Rami Ibrahim organizes and regulates the processing and handling of your sample. Sample processing and handling is physician-supervised.
