Every punch is a chain of sarcomeres shortening in sequence—the smallest working unit of muscle, a lattice of filaments sliding past each other in a fraction of a second. The boxer stands inside that machinery: guard up, weight low, the body faceted in gold and ready to release.

Float framed canvas. The canvas is stretched over premium 38mm bars and set inside a black frame with a shadow gap, so the work sits as an object rather than under glass.
Printed on 400gsm textured artist-grade cotton canvas, 12-colour giclée.
