Description
Moon II hangs low and full, its face mapped in lichen thallus—silver-green colonies spreading across the surface like continents seen from orbit. A lichen is two lives grown into one, fungus and alga, and the moon becomes that partnership held up in the dark.
Structure: lichen thallus
Float framed canvas. The canvas is stretched over premium 38mm bars and set inside a black frame with a shadow gap, so the work sits as an object rather than under glass.
Printed on 400gsm textured artist-grade cotton canvas, 12-colour giclée.
Frame: black, solid moulding. Edges: black wrap.
