Runner IV is seen from behind, disappearing toward the horizon. Neurons repeat the same message thousands of times a minute so a body can keep going long after thought has let go, and the runner is that persistence drawn small against a wide and empty ground.

Structure: neurons

Float framed canvas. The canvas is stretched over premium 38mm bars and set inside a black frame with a shadow gap, so the work sits as an object rather than under glass.

Printed on 400gsm textured artist-grade cotton canvas, 12-colour giclée.
Frame: black, solid moulding. Edges: black wrap.
